The Bonnet Bay project was a complete transformation of a tired and outdated home into a bright, functional family residence designed for modern living. When we first stepped on site, the property required significant renewal — worn finishes, ageing interiors, poor layout flow and limited connection to the backyard. Our approach focused on reimagining the home from the ground up, creating a fresh foundation that would better support family life for years to come.

A key objective of this renovation was to improve the overall layout and establish strong indoor–outdoor flow. The original configuration didn’t suit the way the family wanted to live, so we effectively reworked the home’s orientation and spatial planning to create a seamless connection between the living areas and the backyard. By opening up the interiors and enhancing access to outdoor spaces, we delivered a home where the family can comfortably entertain, relax, and spend quality time together — particularly important for a household with young children.
