The Riviera project is a comprehensive two-storey renovation that transformed a well-loved home into a refreshed and modern living space. The property features three bedrooms and a dedicated study, offering flexibility for both family living and working from home. Every element of the renovation was carefully planned to enhance comfort, functionality, and overall appeal.

Inside the home, the laundry and kitchen were completely gutted and rebuilt, creating practical and stylish spaces designed to better suit the client’s lifestyle. The remaining flooring throughout the house was removed and replaced, giving the interior a cohesive and updated look. Fresh paint was applied across the entire home, brightening each room and delivering a clean, contemporary finish. The original tall roof was also removed and replaced with a durable tin roof, improving both the home’s aesthetic and structural integrity.

Externally, the property underwent a full cosmetic renovation to match the refreshed interior. The decking areas were upgraded to create inviting outdoor living spaces perfect for relaxing or entertaining. At the client’s request, we also added an outdoor shower — a practical and lifestyle-driven feature that adds both convenience and a touch of resort-style living to the home.
